Oura Adds Four Board Members Ahead of a US IPO That Could Raise $3 Billion

Oura has appointed four new independent directors to its board. Jason Warnick spent seven years as CFO of Robinhood, helping lead it through its IPO and subsequent growth as a public company, following nearly two decades at Amazon. Leslie Kilgore is Netflix's former chief marketing officer, bringing deep experience in subscription-economics businesses and current board seats at Netflix and Pinterest. Miki Kuusi co-founded and led Helsinki-based Wolt from its 2014 founding through its 2022 acquisition by DoorDash, and now serves as CEO of DoorDash-owned Deliveroo. David Sze is a longtime Greylock Partners investor known for early bets on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Roblox. They join a board that already includes Chairman David Shuman, Eurie Kim, Wen Hsieh, and CEO Tom Hale.

The appointments come as Oura prepares for a US initial public offering that Bloomberg reports could raise as much as $3 billion, with a listing possible as soon as September 2026. "Oura's vision demands that we never lose our culture of innovation as we grow," said Shuman. "We are adding board members who have led cultures of innovation and guided public businesses of enduring scale and significance."

Oura's board has been building specialized expertise in stages for years, from Kim's early public-market-focused leadership to Hsieh's hardware and semiconductor background. This latest round, arriving just ahead of the company's own listing, brings the board to ten members total and fits that same pattern of installing capability precisely when the next chapter demands it.
